This is one of the most far-reaching gender self-determination laws in the world, allowing parents to alter the identifying information of their children from birth, allowing the state to overrule parents if a child wants to transition against their legal guardians’ wishes, allowing a new change every year and banning the disclosure of the sex and former birth name of an individual.
Anyone who violates this ban on disclosure will face a fine of up to €10,000, which of course amounts to censoring the debate around the topic, considering anyone who wants to point out the impacts of such a law on women and children must be able to point to the reality of men self-declaring as women and the myriad of consequences from this fraud.
German women are rightly concerned that the police, state and judicial persecution against them will increase, as will the agression from trans activists.
Our German sisters need our help. They are proposing a global protest due to take place on Nov 1st in front of German Consulates or Embassies worldwide, starting at 12:05 LOCAL time.
If attending a protest is not possible, there is a draft of a letter to be sent to the German embassador of your country here.
All the details can be found on the campaign’s website, where there are also videos in 13 languages. Share it widely and participate in every way you can, including through the use of the official hashtags on the day of the event: #SelfIDHarms and #WomenRise
