If the user chooses to sign the letter or campaign anonymously, their data will still be collected and sent to the recipients of the letter, if aplicable. However, their name will not be publicly displayed on the website.
This data will not be used for any other purpose other than what is described in each campaign, no marketing, no spamming, no selling to third parties.
Media
If you upload images to the website, such as an organization’s logo, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

If you sign our Open Letter or fill in our Google Forms, your data and metadata will be retained indefinitely so we can give you any follow-up or progress we may have regarding our campaigns.

If you have sign a letter or campaign on this website, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
